ROJECT DESCRIPTION Production of detailed diagram and simple descriptive narrative (500 words) Description: You are to create a process Flow Chart using one of the commercially available software programs (Smart draw, Lucid Chart, Visio etc.) that allows you to graphically represent the presentation and subsequent management of a patient to a hospital emergency department who complains of pains in the chest. Instructions: Identify the various process elements in considerable detail to create a Process Flow Diagram. Your diagram must show: 1. The correct sequence of the steps and flow linkages 2. Identify where decisions will occur and chart the flow of options 3.
