Should produce automatically the items in the tables attached titled “performance reporting” and “financial reporting” . Should include the data tables and functions of tables attached in table titled “tables for the database” . First user sets overall objective, immediate objectives, outputs, activities and milestones and other information . Then user sets planned and actual start and accomplished dates as relevant . Then user sets overall project budget (“over all objective budget”) . Then user sets output budgets. The total of these cannot exceed the over all objective budget. .
