ESP 8266 WiFi Module Programmer -- 2

Hi, I have rich working experience in ESP8266 and PIC micro controllers. Please give the complete specification of the requirement so that I can give the best competitive quote for the job. Will use the latest SDK (IOT SDK or RTOS SDK and will decide after knowing the complete specification of the job) for the ESP and will use XC8 compiler for the PIC18F25K50. Hi I have lots of experience in pic based microcontroller ranging from 10f to 33f series. I have used both mplab and mplabx for compilation and proteus for simulation. I also have worked in esp modules controlling via at commands from host microcontroller as well as independently. I would like to know more of your requirements to have a better understanding. I know matlab, simulink and their interfacing with some HW like arduino and raspberry. I developed some client/server programs in order to connect PC with some breadboard with PXA/ARM.
