The design and sorting of objects is an essential character in almost all industries. Production industries such as the food, chemical, oil, and textile industries must classify objects based on various parameters. Different systems for automatic sorting of objects are needed to avoid human defects, with an increase in productivity and a reduction in the overall point. The goal of modern work is to develop a system to identify parts using machine vision. Due to the advantage of MATLAB for effectively controlling the hardware, it is using in this work. The vision camera already identifies an object based on its attributes, such as the shape and size of the color; immediately, a signal must be communicated with the controller to separate that object.
1-sorting object
2- print the result on Matlab
3- By using a line scan camera ( IP camera or LAN Ethernet)
