Need help setting up leads for my webdevelopment business.

Thank you for taking the time to read over my project. I’m currently looking for one or two experienced people to help me grow my business by providing me with qualified leads. I currently run a web development company out of my office in Fresno,CA. ([login to view URL]) I’m looking for someone who believes they can help find me find businesses that are willing to pay between $1,800-$3,000 on average for a website. Or businesses that are willing to pay the hourly rate of $99/hr to work on their current website projects. The goal of my company is to solve just about any website problem, create new websites, market new websites, and maintain current websites. We are really accurate, fast, and reliable and produce quality work. All of our current clients are satisfied because they continue to rehire us for jobs. I know for a fact that there are a lot of business and Non-Profits here in Fresno County that 1.) don’t have a website, 2.) have a website that has not been updated in years. I would like to target these businesses and Non-Profits and inform them of my company services. This is where I would need your help reaching out these potential clients. Ideally, what you would do is call a list of local phone numbers to do the following: 1.) Find out if they have a website. 2.) If they don’t have a website, find out who’s in charge of making decisions and contact them directly to see if they are interested in a website for their business or organization? 3.) If they already have a website, find out if they need any work done to their website. 4.) Offer them a discount for our services, and provide them with a link to our website. The discount code will be used to track the number of clients you bring in. For every client you help bring in that I close a deal with, you will be paid $200. The competitive advantage here is that I will be able to meet with local clients to explain the process and answer all of their questions. Once I meet with a client, I’m pretty good at closing the deal. The most important thing I offer is service package deals that I believe save my client’s money if they are constantly needing to edit their websites content.
