Looking for Partner who will share projects with us

We are searcing for a Partner from USA or Europe who will share projects with us to develop them. What we know to do: XHTML and CSS 2.0, PHP, JavaScript, Logo Design, Graphic Design, Banner Design, Flash, SEO, XML, we are a team with 5 members (1 designer and 4 programmers). We are seeking partners in the USA or Europe area, to do the marketing and to share projects, we can do the work from here (Romania offices).
