Change Graphics and Layout of my current website

I have used PHP as my programming language. I would like? the graphics design to list me all of the possible ideas that they have to re-design my website.? I must state that i would like none of the current code to be changed as i am using mySQL and Joomila to manage my site.? OF course i would fully test the enhancement made to my website.?
