Someone to help train me on how to use a laser marking machine -- 2

I am looking for someone to help me on my journey to learn how to use a fiber laser marking machine. I have no prior experience with this type of machine. My main goal is to use this machine for business purposes. I am looking for someone with comprehensive experience and expertise to provide me with the necessary knowledge and advice so that I can feel comfortable using the laser marking machine for business needs.
