SharePoint app for Executive Dashboard- Be sure to read the details

We require a SharePoint app to be developed that can be deployed in an Office 365 SharePoint environment, that provides a Dashboard with a graphical display that delivers an overview of multiple projects.
The app would provide a module that can be added to a SharePoint page (see the attached [login to view URL] file to see what 4 modules on a page would look like). Multiple modules could be added to a page and each module would represent a project. Key information that would be captured are:
Name of the Category (examples are in white lettering in the red cells, Brand, Strategy, etc)
Board Sponsor
Co-Chairs
Key Initiatives
Status (Can be toggled from Red, Yellow or Green)
Headlines
Each key initiative would have a link to another SharePoint site.
The headlines would pull from the NewsFeed module from the Key Initiative SharePoint Site associated with the key initiative
