pine script debug and fix also check alerts / edit

just a couple lines of code i suspect.... ive merged 2 scripts into 1 and it works ok but im stuck! from the image you can see the red font at the point of the arrow. each bar has and output , i call it strength 'factor', i want to be able to use that factor to remove the yellow arrow(purple cross) from the chart , so if the bar is 30 factor i can eliminate all bars that are 30 and below and vica verca for negative bars. also just run thru the script to make sure its all good including the alert script. i basically want to buy and sell on arrows..
