CRUD using REST API

I have a simple CRUD project which I need to complete. below is the detail. I need a net shot and good standard of coding, if possible you can write advanced code not long code. 1) Write a REST API (C#) Controller to retrieve, insert, update and delete contacts. (A contact can contain any information you think is required) 2) The data can for now be hardcoded – or you can use any data framework you deem necessary 3) Write an HTML page that displays the list of contacts. 4) Allow the list to be filtered according to the contact details. E.g. if I type in “Sannie” I should be able to see only contacts containing “Sannie” in the list. 5) If I click on the item in a list – take me to a detail page for the contact.
