Redesign a website: Do the graphic design and make the html template

Hello: We want to redesign our site [login to view URL] (a music news site). We want our new design inspired by [login to view URL] The site is programmed in PHP and managed by an CMS that we built it ourselves. It generates html files with the text content of each article. We are looking for a person that do the graphic design and create the html templates that we are going to adapt to our programing. We need to receive the html with images and stylesheet in order to we can upload it in our server and code it. There are five (5) pages to design: Home, news index, calendar of events, news reading and the standard template to create any other plain content. Features in this design are: - It must be in HTML5 - It must be quite light, loading it faster - I must have an CCS that allow us adapt it to mobile browsers in an easy way, able to recognize when it is in a mobile browser and when is, just hide some divs in order to watch it perfectly on mobiles browsers. - It must be quite friendly with plug ins, widgets from Twitter, Youtube, Soundcloud and Facebook - A Design that allows us adds easily banners in any place of the site we want (we use OpenX to manage the banners) Along with your budget offer send us back at least 3 links that you have designed to appreciate your job.
