Hello World" Basic JSP Web Application using Amazon AWS

I need a basic 'Hello World" JSP application framework written in Java, along with a few development environment pieces. Preferred platform is: 1) Amazon AWS, using Elastic Beanstalk to manage EC2 instance details 2) MyEclipse for Spring development environment 3) Vaadin front end for web interface(latest version) 4) Set up a subversion (or other source control) repository on a remote host, either on an EC2 instance or through a third-party subversion 5) Amazon RDS for data storage using MySql 6) MySql Workbench 7) The framework must include a guest/registered user paradigm including: a) Guest view of web site b) Register (for new user) c) Log in (for existing user) d) Reset password 8) Basic Java interface classes for the following AWS services: a) SES (Simple Email Service) b) RDS (Relational Database Service) c) SQS (Simple Queue Service) d) SPS (Simple Payments Service) e) The ability to write static data to/from Amazon storage (SSS, EBS, or other option), deploy content to CloudFront, track deployed objects, and get URL's for deployed content Desired Skills Amazon Web Services, JSP, Java, MySQL, vaadin
