HTML/Javascript Mobile 'Diary' Feature

You will be required to develop HTML/Javascript based features for a mobile application. The application uses the buzztouch 1.5 framework (see [login to view URL]) which acts as a CMS for the app. Using the buzztouch 1.5 framework, which allows for HTML and javascript as well as the inclusion on required files within the app package (such as images/javascript files), you will be required to develop a 'diary' feature for the app, where the user fills in a basic questionaire (around 10 questions) and their responses are stored locally within the app so they can read back their responses at a later date. Upon bidding for the project, I would like you to detail how you would go about creating this feature within the confinements of the project. How will you store this data locally?
