Adobe Air Email Scraper Program for Google & Google Places

I am looking to have a program developed for scraping emails from the web. It will have 5 modules: Google Places: This module will scrape business information from Google Places. It will show their name, phone, email, website, and it will also scrape their email from their website and tell if it has a mobile site or not. There needs to be a setting for the search term, how many listings in to search for each location, and there needs to be check boxes for countries, states, and cities with dropdowns for each city, so it will run the search for each city. Google Search: This module will go through websites in a Google search and bring up the email addresses it finds in those websites. The settings should allow for spider depth, and whether it should leave the main domain or not. Also whether the site has a mobile site. Website: This module should allow for the user to type in a specific URL, and they can choose the spider depth, as well as whether it should leave the main domain or not when searching for websites, as well as whether it should be allowed to go further up in the url structure or not when searching for emails. Yellow Book: This should search through yellow book and work like the Google places module as much as possible. Email: This is where the emails will be imported into, but they should also be able to be exported to a .csv file. They should be able to use variables in the email such as city so that it puts in their city into the email. There needs to be a way to schedule a certain amount of emails to be sent out each day at a certain time.
