I need someone to implement the Interactive Brokers API in my java program. This involves implementing the Interactive Brokers API, as well as the windows to place trades. Also to implement BarChart API and windows to view quotes from BarChart. I want an experienced Java coder, preferably one who has implemented Interactive Brokers API before. Budget is around $50. After this project, we have numerous other APIs that we need implemented in future projects and want one developer to do all future projects.
