We have a legacy "program" called Subcontractor. Written by a previous employee..we think it's written using Java Two problems.... 1. He locked it prior to departure.... 2. we were operating it on XP, but nothing later would run it what we want..... the program operational as open source, if possible Looking for someone to look at the files and provide me with a quote.
