Sodoku for Computer and Cell Phone

I would like a game compatible with Windows and also a cell phone version of the game. The game is called "Sodoku." Please research it. It is a very simple game. I think it would be nice to have three levels: Easy, Intermediate, and Difficult. If you can make professional looking games, let me know. If you believe this project is worth more than $100, let me know also. Price is negotiable. Thanks.
