iPhone, iPad, Android Game App

US-Based Developers ONLY Looking for an game app developer for a project. I’m a photographer looking to develop a HD Blackjack App for IOS (iPhone & iPad) and Android. General aspects will be for a Blackjack game with another small simple Hi-Lo bonus game. My scenic and wildlife photography will be used for the backgrounds and card deck backs, with a simple link to a mobile device skins store that already sells my photography so the user can also purchase skins to match the ones in the game, for their device. I want to offer additional "paid" packs of themes for add-on in-game content/revenue. Possible add on for Apple's Game Center as well. Prefer someone with knowledge/experience in "paid" versus "ad driven/free" models of apps, since I haven't decided on which model would be the more profitable solution. This is a start up of something a little bigger to add to the very small income I have as a photographer. If it goes well and takes off, I have several other ideas for future apps as well, but I think this is the most commercial and easier of the apps to start with. I also have a flashwebsite that could use some work, if not a new website that is non-flash and therefore more "apple product friendly" as a possible followup project. You must provide examples of work from the mobile stores, so I can see your work and the track record/comments they've had from consumers. I will require sign-off of specification prior to beginning the build with agreed upon milestones at various points. We also require post-release support that includes any issues being resolved in a timely manner for the first year. Please include details about your work in this area, portfolio, and any other information you'd like considered. I am looking for the right mix of low budget, yet quality work (as is everyone), but also an easy to work with personality for this and future business website, as well as app work.
