I'm looking for a specialist in Facebook and Google Ads to handle my paid media campaigns focusing on boosting sales conversions. Skills and Experience Required: * Expertise in Facebook and Google Ads platform * Proven track record with sales conversion campaigns * Understanding of targeting and reaching diverse age demographics, interests, lookalike audiences and retargeting. * Excellent communication and networking skills. * Proficiency in English and Spanish. * Ability to work during common hours of the Central Time Zone. * Any certificate on both platforms. Your main tasks will include creating engaging ads, optimizing the ads for our target demographic, and constantly monitoring and adjusting campaigns to maximize sales conversions. Let's boost our sales together with effective and efficient paid media campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Regularly update campaigns to improve performance. Generate and communicate reports on campaign results. Conduct keyword research for effective ad targeting. Ability and knowledge to set up the campaign for different objectives like leads, insta form, awareness, engagement, traffic, video views, search, display and retargeting optimization. Set up audiences and lookalike audiences based on social media, website, email list. Set up conversion events. Additional Qualifications: Knowledge or experience in utilizing ChatGPT for communication is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Location: Remote candidates are welcome, with a preference for individuals residing in the Americas and able to work during common hours of the Central Time Zone.
