Marketing, branding and day to day work on InksaneClothing webshop

Inksane is a tattoo studio in Belgium, with 2 locations (and growing), and over 40 artists working in our community on a regular basis. We have a strong brandname and excellent reputation build up over the years, in our country, and now we want to make that even better with adding a merchandise line of products on our webstore and in the real stores. We recently started: [login to view URL] Very short: It's a brand, of mostly clothing, with printed designs made by our tattoo artists, sold to our clients. Created as supporting backbone for our chain of high quality tattoo studio's. We are therefor in search of a selfemployed person who wants to take on this full project, and split the profits with us. It would involve anything from start to end: - getting the desigsn from our artists, - putting it on our webshop, - configuring everything to our printondemand dropshippig printer, - organising photoshoots, - manage IG and more social media, - promotion & marketing, - handle branding, - hang the merch in our stores (for now 2 different locations, but soon 5 and next years more) We deliver designs (you can also get them elsewhere in combination), a share of fans (11 000 email subscribers, > 19 000 IG followers, > 36 000 FB fans), 100-150 paying tattoo customers/week in Roeselare, an up and running webshop, and real locations to hang out merch We expect from you to do exceptional marketing & branding, the day to day online business, promotion, handling digital clients, .. You would run this as your own business, in close connection to us and our concept. Our merch is not limited to clothing, we can for example start making tattoo aftercare sets and products, coffee mugs, printed artworks, etc etc, so product creation could also be a part of the job. Our main location, where we need to meet from time to time, is in Roeselare, Belgium. You need to be a native Dutch speaker, since Belgian people are our target audience.
