100 votes by facebook app

I need 100 votes by facebook app. Voting has few steps with click button "next" and in one moment you need write names. Votes must come from facebook accounts which has minimum 100 friends and has likes and pictures. Every vote must be from different IP and for every vote you must change user agent.
