Link expert needed

We need a link expert NOT to build links. We need it for take a pdf we have wich explain a new kind of getting links. Then he should 1.- read the pdf and check if is feasible to create links with that technique. 2.-Then he has to teach my assistants to build links under that strategy 3.- he has to review the work done by my assistants and correct mistakes. 15 HOURS is the time estimated. Please bid for 15 hours work. We expect bids in the 45$ - 40$ since we think in 2.5$ - 3$ per hour. Pls have the word: "Peloponeso" at the starting of your bid so we are sure you read properly this details project. You should be experrienced on creating links in normal ways: profiles, blog comments, social bookmarking, article submission ... You must be serious to work for us. Confidentiality is a must.
