50 PR 2+ Link Building Project - Australian Links Only

I am looking for someone to provide 50 PR2+ Links for my clients website. These links must ALL fulfill the following criteria: - Must be from Australian Hosted websites only - Must be One Way Permanent Links - Must be from websites within either the 'Home Renovation' or 'Green Living' categories. - White Hat Manual Processes Only - Do Follow Links Only - Should include a variety of tactics - Can supply written Article for submission to Australian Article Directories, but only 10 links can be from this method. - All Links must be built over a period of 1 months, not all within 1 week. - Creation of RSS feeds with approved link URL's and ping them so that links get indexed. - Report to be provided in 1st week so that I am able to access & review work to date. - Full report to be provided at the end of the month which includes website, PR, URL of all link locations There will be no payment made for any link building activities that do not meet these specific requirements, so please do not bid if you are not capable of full filling the above.
