Keyword Research / Analysis Expert for doc / video creation

At best I am looking for an SEO pro to do full keyword research / analysis and documentation of all the steps. Experienced people (e.g. marketer) should only need a couple hours for this. Project details: Ad site: (e.g. Adsense, Chikita..) - A description with images and videos for each step about how to find and select profitable niches and keywords, check for advertiser and data, check on competitors, pick a domain name, search for a suitable niche theme, related content and how to promote the site, tips for word press plugins, seo, link building, getting traffic and fast indexing. Affiliate site: (e.g. CB, CJ, Amazon...) - A description with images and videos for each step how to find and select profitable affiliate AND Amazon products, related keywords, pick a domain name, find related content, create a sales page and how to promote the site, tips for word press plugins, seo, link building, getting traffic and fast indexing. What I want: - LIVE EXAMPLE of something NEWER! NO dog training, weight loss, wedding, dating, wrestling or other high competitor’s niche, use something normal/newer with 1200+ searches that can be easy explained and reproduced by noobs - to avoid misunderstanding. I don’t care what OTHER niche or product you chose - Research using Market Samurai (and same research with Micro niche finder: extra video) - Word doc with short easy to understand descriptions of steps and images/screenshots related to your steps Images and steps MUST be same as in videos to avoid misunderstandings English doesn’t have to be perfect - Videos Showing the entire process in a normal watchable and traceable speed (do it a bit slower as normal) You don’t have to edit the videos - One video of each step NO speaking, music, sounds in Videos No video copies: If you do some steps e.g. competitors check during niche research, you have to do it again for step: competitors check. Videos not needed for plugins, seo, link building, traffic, indexing (just basic short description what/why) - All videos (camtasia) in original for editing Full Browser/Window/program recording High quality Length of video (I don’t care as long they show everything needed during the step they are meant for) - NO affiliate links or other promotion in videos or description - I get complete rights for everything!
