We have a sample image that we need someone to work with to help develop a character for a bottle label. We would like for this image to have lots of gold necklaces and large hoop earrings. Her hands should be on her "hips" She is a pepper but should have human characteristics of a "hoochie mama" She should look provocative, but should be able to be viewed by children as well as adults. We can supply all png files that it has taken to build a sample. We want the project made in Adobe illustrator 5 and all files must be supplied to us on completion of the job.
