"Photoshop design" (fully layered) for a creative professionals website (see [login to view URL] but ours will be different and more creative) 2. HTML5 and CSS 3 fully valid and RESPONSIVE design to cater for all devices and browsers (as much as the requirements allow for browsers) 3. Fully SEO optimised coding 4. Fully commented coding 5. Fully reusable and splittable CSS parts. We should be able to use a css part separately on its own in other pages or in another sister site. We need top notch coding and best practices. 6. You will design and code all pages: around 20 or so. but could go up to 30. Thank you.
