I require assistance with: - Recruitment and hiring: Proficiency in sourcing and selecting quality candidates is key, tapping into your pre-existing network of professionals will be a bonus. - Employee onboarding and orientation: Setting our new hires up for success from day one is critical for us. Your ability to design and execute an effective onboarding process would be greatly advantageous. Experience in a similar role within a small organization (1-50 employees) is preferred.
