I need a inspirational quote dashboard. It will be a chrome extension. User can set up to 100 inspirational quotes. User can add, edit and delete the quotes. Each time user open a browser or a new tab, a quote should appear randomly. Once the quote has been appear, it should not repeat until all the quotes has been shown. Also the user will have the facility to choose if the quotes can repeat. I will give the details which need to be shown in the footer.
