I need a custom chromium browser with some features

1 - Users wont be able to install any extensions

2 - Chromium will come with 4/5 pre-installed extensions (I have extensions that runs in developer mode but not in crx file format)

3 - Disable all debugging and developer tools

4 - Disable View-Source

5 - Disable extensions un-install and install feature

6 - Disable settings and also disable all chrome:// features
