ASP.NET C#, image drawing, shape manipulation

The project is on going and needs immediate start with hourly updates. We have various shapes that needs to be transformed into image and saved. Different shapes must have proper dimension parameters that you have to set, I do not know which images what kind of parameters need, so you have to tell me that and declare on the code. This is part 1 of a more complex project, will continue with the right person if everything is good. Other details will be discussed with the chosen Bidders
