Download .txt File, Get Password and Give Password - 2

My son is trying to get access to this password file sent from a friend. It is in text file format however he is unable to download it. The password is for an account that he has for an online game that he wants to play immediately. My son said that there is a set number of digits to the passwords in this game so you must tell us how many digits are in the password file when you bid before we award you the project.
