Develop app for photo upload and checkout..

We want to develop a simple app that allows a user to select a photo, determine the size they want, and purchase. It will be similar to the app "Mosiac". We will not consider any bid that does not review the requirements and provide a response that is not cut and paste. We would prefer html5 so we can use on android and ios, but would entertain other language if you explain why. Here is the app framework Single Page model Create Aluminum Print Select Aluminum Size (5x7, 8x10, 12 x18, 16 x24, 20 x 30) Have real time price calculator as options are selected on screen Upload photo from Albums, camera roll, streams, facebook…etc Place Order Order information screen, QTY, Shipping info, Email, payment info credit card (store last 4 of card in app) Is this a gift selection selection Finalize order Background: Image selected gets either stored in database, sent to ftp, or emailed Prefer to use Stripe module for payment or alternative that will store card details
