TCS Initial Site Development

My company places open house signs for busy real estate agents. I need a web site that facilitates the job ordering process and subsequent billing. I want the real estate agents to log in to their account on my site. From there I want them to be able to place orders for signing jobs, view previous jobs, and re-order jobs. When a new or re-order occurs I want to be notified via email. I need the agent account profile to capture: name (first and last), address, mobile phone number, office phone number, fax, email, and broker’s name. The agents should be prompted for this information when they register on the site and can modify their profile through an profile link. I need the job ordering form to capture: address of the property (street, apt, city, state, zipcode), date of the open house, time of the open house, duration of the open house, location of the agent’s open house signs, billing information, and a free text input field for special instructions. I would like the ability to upload documents to the job as well. Currently I have web space with joomla installed and have purchased templates from ltheme.com. However, if there is a better platform for this type of site I am open to other options. I would be happy to expand upon or provide additional details where necessary. Please provide me with examples of your work.
