Do some data entry

Hey, I want to know purpose of this kind of projects so even if you dont intend to hire me for the task you need to do, at least let me know why I see lots of projects which use this exact title and description and quite high budget and lots of bids from new freelancers. Of course if you are really looking for someone to do data entry task then I am available but I have some feeling that this is just an automated posted job or something so if you are real then at least replay with something.
