Snap: Mobile Technologies

I need an app developer. I need a preliminary model for my app so that I can market. My project is a location-based geographic app that uses the user's location to determine the food they can get. Multiple services are required in the structure of this app. (I will go into this at length when a freelancer contacts me.) Also, the app will need to take credit card information, as well as have a user "login in" database.
