We have a creative design for the banner and we have is in a vector format. We need to be done the following: - to make an animation of one element/ just one animation and save it as HTML 5. The requirements for the banner are: - banner with 300х600 px resolution - maximum weight - up to 250 KB for html5 - all the banners should have backdrop in a saturated color or a frame at least 1 pixel thick. Required files: Ready ad formats are published as an HTML5 creative. § variable clickTag and target = _blank. (according to Gemius standards) § the images used in the file, JS code, fonts;
