I'm looking for someone to edit or create me an 1 min 2D animation explainer video. I already have one made, but I had it made too early and therefore it needs to be modified. The video needs to be identical to the video I've already had made. I really like the video and I hate that I got it done too early and now it needs to be modified. I'm not willing to pay top dollar anymore, because I've already paid 2 freelancers to modify it and it ended up being bad quality. So I need someone that will make it to my liking.
