Build A Website and app

We want to create a website which will support an app where users can create and monitor personal challenges (eg 30 miles in a month, dive 50 times in a year etc). The users will be able to sign up for centrally created challenges as well as create their own. Challenges will be categorised into broad areas (Fitness, Academic etc) and the users will receive points for completion of challenges. Users will be able to gamble points on completion and share their challenges with other connected users. The system will monitor completion of the challenges, initially through manually logging in, but ultimately linking to other devices that record activities (such as sports watches) and provide reminders through the app both of what remains to be done (eg. you have 20 miles left in 12 days, you need to run 3 miles today to keep up to pace) and to remind them to log (eg. have you done your run today? How many miles?). This is designed to be used by a network of individuals to set themselves and others challenges, help them track their progress and provide motivation.
