I need a php developer to get me a website that managed personal income. One has to log in and fill in monthly income. From that, they are expected to feed in daily expenditure so that the system calculates their average spending and give them tips on how to save. I need it in bootstrap too so that it can have a mobile version. when a user is logged in, they are also to see graphs and most item spent on or least spent on items
