I need to create a template in a animation in a software like Toon Boom or CrazyTalk Animator, not necessarily one of those. The animation should bring a news anchor with a spot to put a picture or a video ([login to view URL]). It't necessary a template because I have to create many videos and in each one create a new voice record, then the host should blink the eyes, open/close the mouth, smile and move the hands. The project is a 2D animation. *I don't need a video, I want a template to create vídeos .
