Animated Arrow with

I need an animated .gif of an arrow pointing down using the following colors: RGB 0,183,164 OR HEX 0053A4 (blue) RGB 0,124,194 OR HEX 007CC2 (lighter blue) Dimensions: 90px x 109px The arrow should be crisp and clean in appearance. The darker blue is the base color and the lighter blue is the animation. My initial thought is to have the lighter blue color ripple down from top to bottom. I'm open to suggestions, i just don't want it to "flash" from one color to the other. See the attachment for further example. I'm not very creative, so if you can come up with something better I would appreciate it, the intention is to draw the viewers attention down the page. ## Deliverables .gif animation
