Wordpress Setup (10 Websites) - Genesis Sleek Child Theme

We currently have 10 different URLs. Each has the default Wordpress installed. We have one site that is using the Genesis Sleek Child theme. You will need to export from that website and use the same framework and theme on these other 10 websites (there will be many more sites to build just like this but this first group of 10 websites will be a test of your quality). We require the successful applicant to perform the following details tasks on all 10 websites: 1. Install the Genesis framework and sleek child theme 2. On the right column of the site, include Pages, Recent Posts, Categories, Archives, Recent Comments & (Favourites - a Widget created in Step 3). 3. We have a plugin that needs to be configured called ABC3K (this will populate the Favourites widget 4. Configure the following installed Plugins (ABC3K, Editorial Assistant by Zemanta, Easy Privacy Policy, Contact Form 7, Google Analytics for WordPress, Crazy Egg, Google XML Sitemaps, ManageWP - Worker, RSS Includes Pages, SYNND Commenting Service, SEO Friendly Images, Wordpress Facebook Like Plugin, - there may be 3-5 others as well). Most simply need to be activated, but some will need more configuration. 5. Setup the Contact Us, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions pages and place the links in the footer of each site - the links will have the rel="nofollow" applied to the links 6. Add a related image above the Pages widget on the right hand side of the site under the header section (You will need to find the image and customize it to be 100% unique for each website and also add some text under the image specific for each site). 7. Configure each category landing page to ensure each page is clean. 8. Configure each post to ensure each page is clean and include the comment form at the bottom of each post. 9. Structure each site in a specific silo structure (instructions will be provided). Provided you complete this first group of 10 websites successfully we will look to hire you on a per hour basis ongoing to build out sites each month. You are not required to install Wordpress or any of the plugins - this has already been done for you. All you need to do is login to the admin area of each page and "rinse/repeat" the setup exactly the same way for each of the 10 sites. For someone who knows there way around Wordpress, this should be a really simple and straight forward project for you if you know what you are doing. When you place your bid, don't just place a "template" bid. Make it unique. Also make sure you do a personal message to us explaining in your words what you think we are asking you to do (do not copy and paste our project description) - just tell us in a few sentences what you think we want you to do. If you fail to bother putting in this basic effort, your bid will be ignored and hidden. We have made a customised bid to cater for countries who's deliver costs might be higher. If you bid on the higher side, your work and experience will need to be of exception quality. We know this task is not too difficult - in fact, its probably pretty boring, but we need it done right. Of course, you will be provided with all the access and instructions for each step to do the job right. As mentioned above, we are looking to hire someone on a part of full time basis after this project.
