Workload depends on BI stack for this task and complexity of data. Task is possible to perform even without SharePoint Ent by JS/CSS graphs and web service for data transport. For real time it's possible to use SignalR.

I have 3 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint technologies with expertise in requirement analysis, design, development, customizations, administration, enhancements, testing and deployment of SharePoint web based applications. Currently i am working with one insurance based company. I have developed one Intranet Portal for them with features similar as like your requirements.
