We have a domain. We have already purchased a wordpress theme. We need you to install the theme in word press. From there you have to design a sports statistics program that will sit on top of the wordpress cms. If word press gets upgrade the statistical program shouldn't be impacted as it sits on top of it. It should be able to manage all sports such as Baseball Basketball Bowling Field Hockey Fitness Football Golf Ice-Hockey Lacrosse Martial Arts Soccer Softball Swimming Tennis Volleyball etc... It must have the following ability Upload a site logo Track and post player stats Create and archive multiple seasons Upload and manage team rosters Track and post team standings Team Store Tournament Bracket Builder Modern calendar functionality Alert site visitors with pop-up notifications Share with Facebook Administration/Twitter/Instagram/Youtube Surveys and Polls email list builder Message Boards Display photos and slideshows on your site Display videos on our web site Upload videos and other files Sports Leagues Website to be made, -One web site will contain many leagues. each league needs to have its own stat mechanism - Super Admin should be able to create a new sports league and anything else any administrator below them can do. Admin Management: (Add/Edit/Delete ). Super Admin will assign League Admins Super admin will assign an admin for a specific league. The admin only manage those leagues assigned to them. Admin gets a dashboard, which will show statistics of various users/ leagues/ teams etc..as well as advertising on web site along with articles and stat counter for each league. Super admin has all permissions. - League Admin should be able to create a new season for a sport. League admin manage only those leagues assigned to them. Admin can create the teams, and create the players, they can also assign which player is a junior admin (Captain), their can be multiple junior admins per team. League admin can see the various statistics for the league that they manage. Only the league that they manage. League admin can add, edit, delete players in the league. Admin can activate a specific season, but cannot deactivate. league admin can post articles and admin content for his or her specific league. - Junior Admin (Team Captain) should be able to create his or her team and create players and populate the players to only his or her respective team in the league in which they play. They will have the ability to update only their players and their game results and statistics. They are able to create a player, and add their player or any existing player on to their team. The player's name is only visible to them and the year that the player was created in to the system. They can only see the players telephone # and email address if that player is on his - User - can populate their player page. Can write an articles that has to be approved by the administrator to display on the cms. - Dashboard: Dashboard will show Statistics of various users/ leaguers/ teams in the system - User Management: Add/Edit/ Delete Various users(Assign them to a Leagues. Various Roles (User (Player), Junior Admin (Captain), Admin (League President) and Super Admin (League Owner)). Various Roles will have specific functionality - Leagues Management: Admin can manage Leagues (Add/Edit/Delete Leagues) - Admin can activate and deactivate leagues. Admin can create a new season for a league and allocate a Captain. - Content Management of all Posts/Articles: Admin can Post/Edit/Delete/Publish Articles but Player can write an article, or anyone can write an article even a reader, allow for public to write articles but admin has to approve to publish and assign to the proper category. The following leagues already exist and their statistics need to be imported. - 2 softball leagues - 3 basketball leagues - 1 football league - 1 bowling league Need a Full Statement of work and proposal to be considered.
