Build a Website Using a CSS Framework and Several Plugins

I need a man who's willing to create a simple, minimalist-looking website, based on a certain responsive framework - I had Pure ([login to view URL]) or Skeleton ([login to view URL]) in mind. Of course, I'm always open for new ideas, so you're free to use any other framework you may be familiar with. The website should look something like the following: It should feature a simple side-menu (similar to [login to view URL]) and a content area, which is basically a changing background and over it, is a half-transparent content box for some text, images, etc. The whole website should look something like so: [login to view URL] I really need only the layout and simple design. The content and everything else will be added later. Please, apply only if you know what you're doing and can deliver the work on time. If you do a good job, more work will be provided very soon.
