We are starting a little NGO and need help building a professional looking website. If you can build something like this [login to view URL] then we will be so happy and won't mind paying you a healthy bonus. Our budget is small so we need someone capable of working with small budgets and delivering top notch looking website. Milestone is pre-funded and I will be adding new milestones every few days based on the your progress with the design work. If it is a good, then I will pay a $10-$20 bonus as promised.
