Photoshop template for a security handout

I need a photoshop template of a single page (standard paper, 8 1/2 x 11) handout with a security theme. I will add content, but there must be placeholders for the text. This handout must be eye-catching and modern looking, with a recognizable security theme. There must be room for a small logo in the lower right-hand corner. All images used must be legal for distribution, free from watermarks and of sufficient resolution to be crisp and clear. A rough mock-up must be provided prior to the final version so that I can approve the layout and appearance. Additional consideration given to those bids that include samples of similar work.
