This should be a simple program to create for someone with graphical programming experience. The routine would generate a set of 1024 x 768 JPEG images, starting with a single 1024 x 768 JPEG image, and a text file of alphanumeric strings. The routine would create one output JPEG file per alphanumeric string, where each output JPEG file would consist of the original JPEG file, with one of the alphanumeric strings superimposed on the image. You could think of the output images as "serial numbered pictures". The alphanumeric font superimposed on the output JPEGs should be in the range of 15 to 20 pixels high. A starting coordinate for the alphanumeric text (for instance the lower left corner of the first character) should be specified by the user as an input parameter to the routine. The color of the alphanumeric labeling can be assumed to be black. The alphanumeric labeling will act as a non-transparent top layer over the original image. Preferred labeling font is Times Roman. Output JPEG quality should be equivalent to about 75 on a quality scale from 20 to 95. The routine should run from a command line: >>label Thus, the input parameters are: 1) Name of input JPEG file (assumed to be 1024 x 768) 2) Name of input text file (each line of which contains an alphanumeric "label" to be placed on each output JPEG) 3) Coordinates of desired starting point of each alphanumeric label to be placed on each 1024 x 768 output JPEG. 4) Directory in which output JPEG images will be created. Output JPEG files should be named [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc, up to the number of lines of text in the text file. If I can choose the font size by adding another parameter, that is preferred, but not required. If I can choose the font color by adding RGB parameters (3 numbers, each in the range 0-255) that is also preferred, but not required.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
This routine should run on a Windows XP platform.
