Concept of mobile App (iPhone, Android, iPad)

Hi, i am looking for someone, who can make a complete concept for an App so that a graphic designer can design it and a developer can create the app exactly like it. this includes: - basic concept design (what should it do) - process/click flow chart - screen designs - usability design / animations - vertical and horizontal usability - interface description the basis for this app should be our virtual office service at [login to view URL] (you can get a free user account to see functionallity) the user must be able to do all that he can do in a webbrowser. different app sizes/concepts must be considered - iphone/android/smartphone - ipad/tablet this complete concept must be created in an interative process, where you will propose a concept and i will revise it. there may be many iterations for this. please base your proposal on the functionality of our current web-application. if you have clarification questions, please feel free to ask. i am open for fixed price or hourly rates. thanks christian
